You must notify us, via email, within 3 days of the date you receive delivery if you wish to return or exchange your dress. We do this because most formalwear is a one-time wear item. After the 3-day period we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Most online retailers offer store credit as a return; because we offer a refund, we have had to implement this strict time frame policy.
