All formal gowns usually required professional alterations to achieve a perfect fit. Select size to fit your largest body measurement and have gown professionally altered. All gowns are cut for a height of approximately 5'9" in a high heel; if you are shorter than this you may need a hem.

We do not carry petites, extra fabric, extra length or offer custom measurements. 

Dresses may be returned for a refund; there is restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable. You must notify us, via email, within 3 days of the date you receive delivery if you wish to return or exchange your dress. We do this because most formalwear is a one-time wear item. After the 3-day period we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Most online retailers offer store credit as a return; because we offer a refund, we have had to implement this strict time frame policy.
