The late Kenzo Takada was renowned for quirky prints and embellished design. This 1990s original is a particularly well cut and cropped double breasted blazer style with 8 x multi coloured jewelled gold buttons. The print is a fabulous Arabian Nights affair with portraits of beautiful women and middle eastern fabric designs interspersed with cream lily flowers and leopard print. The jacket has a series of V shaped panels and padded shoulders to streamline the figure. it is finished with 2 front set pockets purely for design. Fully lined in bronze acetate and a medium weight wool: labelled; Kenzo City, French size 42, 100% wool, Made in France, Dry clean only.

The matching bum bag has 2 zip pockets and is a soft canvas fabric with faux leopard fur panels. It fastens with a black corded waist band with plastic snap closure. Labelled Kenzo Studio.

Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with no flaws of any note and have been well looked after by their previous owner. This size roughly equates to a UK 12 in modern sizing but if you are after an on-trend oversized look, this jacket combo could be worn by a variety of smaller sizes.
